We are seeking native Spanish or Japanese or Chinese or Korean speakers. Fluency in one of these languages along with English is needed.

Job Description and Requirements

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, reliable, and responsible person with excellent communication skills, and professional mannerisms. Detailed oriented with files and documents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet incoming students and offer information about our school and programs;
Register students for our current programs;
Offer information about F-1 student visas to students;
Promote our school/programs and recruit students from all over the world;
Pick up phones and answer emails.

*Minimum Degree Requirement: Associate Degree.

*Working Schedule may include evenings and weekends, such as 2 pm-10 pm Monday through Friday; or 8:45 am -5:30 pm Saturday/Sunday.

Administrative Assistants/ Receptionists

We are seeking native Chinese speakers. Fluency in Chinese along with English is needed.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, reliable, and responsible person with interest in social media, and professional mannerisms. Detailed oriented with files and documents.

Responsibilities:

Attend to class paperwork including Enrollment Agreements, Attendance Records, Test files, Progress Reports, Certificates, transcripts, etc.
Check and organize all our class paperwork to make sure everything is correct and in order.
Prepare the class folders for the director to sign.
Communicate with teachers and agents about the missing paperwork.
Create content for our social media accounts, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the school website.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree Requirement: Associate Degree.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Docs, and PDF files.
Read and reply to emails.
Detail Oriented and organized.
Creative and Active on social media.

ESL Instructors

We offer ESL Courses to students from other countries.

Job Description

All students are adult learners. Course materials are provided to teachers. We are currently accepting resumes of English teachers to teach the following schedules:

Morning Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 1 pm

Afternoon Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 1:30 pm - 6 pm

Evening Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 6 pm - 9:45 pm, Friday 6 pm - 9 pm

Weekend Schedule:
Friday 6 pm - 9 pm
Saturday & Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm
